Partner Program Development Services
Vendors with no formal partner program in place, Channel Religion utilizes an “Agile Development” process to create a “Minimally Viable Program” (MVP) within 90 days. This program will include everything that is needed to launch a partner program according to Channel Religion’s proprietary P.E.E.R. partner lifecycle methodology. Processes in the Agile Development process may include: face to face sessions with key employees, white board sessions, milestone update meetings, partner prospect calls, partner recruitment strategies & tactics, investor calls, Channel Beliefs Training for executives and Channel Guidelines Training for channel account managers.
Channel-as-a-Service (CHaaS)
Our unique CHaaS approach allows clients to continue working with Channel Religion in the ongoing development and operation of their channel program. CHaaS from Channel Religion is structured in such a way that our Clients can engage with us at any stage of their development for any or all elements of the partner life cycle continuum – in true cloud fashion.
We create a custom engagement plan to provide just the right amount of operational interaction from Channel Religion needed to optimize the vendor’s channel program. This service allows the vendor to defer the hiring of in-house channel employees at any level from account manager to channel chief. Channel Religion functions as channel staff for the vendor at the level determined by the engagement plan. The service is elastic because it is delivered and billed on a month-to-month basis so that it can be rapidly increased, decreased, or even canceled if necessary.
